If there is ever a problem with the quality of the service, please bring it to our attention within 24 hours of your last cleaning service so we can fix it right away. Your satisfaction is our top priority and if you think we missed something or if you have any questions, please let us know.
Receiving a Quote
We are all about the details and that starts with a comprehesive in-home estimate. Our pricing is based on much more than size so unfortunately we do not give quotes over the phone. We believe the best way to give a fair accurate price is to walk through your home with you to know exactly how you like things done. Our in-home estimates are always free and can often be done the same day you contact us.
Payment is due the day of the service. We accept cash, credit card*, check and online deposits from a checking account.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life can be a little unpredictable and we try our very best to be flexible when changes need to be made. If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled cleaning.
Same day cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
Cancellations after arrival will cost the full amount of the cleaning service.
